Location and Hours. The Fitness Center is located in the West Tower, First Floor (next to the Community Room and Library). Hours of operation are 5:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight daily.
Membership. The Fitness Center is available to residents who have reached their eighteenth (18th) birthday. Residents 16 and 17 years of age will be admitted but must be accompanied by an adult when using the equipment.
Access. To obtain access, residents must register with the Management Office, sign an Amenities Registration & Waiver Form 2020, obtain a valid TCA Resident Activity Membership ID Card ($15 per year), and FOB Registration to open the door.
Sauna. When using the sauna, always sit or lie on a towel. Oils, creams, lotions, salt or other compounds are not permitted. Members may not pour water or aromatic compounds over the stove which can be hazardous.
Responsibility. Persons using the Towers Fitness Center or any associated facility do so at their own risk. The Association, its directors, officers, owners, Management, agents and employees assume no responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use. Persons using the Fitness Center facilities shall be deemed to have released TCA, its directors, officers, owners, Management, agents and employees from any claims, injuries, damages, liability and costs arising in connection with such use. Fitness Center users agree to use the facilities properly and to exercise care in order to avoid causing injury or damage. Members are cautioned to use the exercise equipment carefully and properly; see the instructions posted on each machine for guidance. Consult your physician before taking part in any activities related to the use of the equipment or sauna.
Personal Trainers. Personal trainers are only permitted between 9am to 5pm.
Damages. Any person causing any property damage or loss will be held personally responsible for said damage or loss.
No Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the Fitness Center, locker rooms, or saunas.
Guests. Guests are not permitted to use the Fitness Center because of the large membership and the limited facilities available.
Use of Equipment. Use of exercise station(s) is on a first come – first served basis.
Please limit the use of each exercise station to thirty (30) minutes when others are waiting.
Proper attire must be worn while exercising as well as while traveling to and from the Fitness Center.
Food or refreshments, other than water, are not permitted in the Fitness Center.
All injuries must be reported immediately to the Management Office or Security.
Listening devices such as radios, tape recorders, digital music players, etc. are permitted as long as earphones are used. Portable or personal televisions are not permitted.
All refuse must be placed in containers provided for this purpose.
Equipment failure or need for repair must be reported immediately to the Management Office, not the Front Desk.
