Membership. Use of The Towers Tennis Court is restricted to residents with a current Resident Activity Membership and their accompanied guests. The Resident Activity Membership is $15 per year and each resident must complete the Amenities Waiver 2018 before playing. (The 2018 Amenities Waiver can be used for 2019).
Reservations. Reservations may only be made by a resident with an Amenities I.D., and must be made through the Front Desk. The combination lock numbers for the Tennis Court access door are available at the Front Desk. The resident in whose name the reservation was made must be one of the players. Reservations begin at 12 noon on Sunday at which time a member may sign up for one hour of “prime time” and two hours of “non-prime time” for the following week. On Monday, and on each subsequent day, a member may sign up for an additional hour of prime time and two hours of non-prime time when available.

Prime Time is:
All Day – Saturday, Sunday & Holiday and Weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Non-Prime Time is:
Weekdays – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
During prime time, at least two players must be present before playtime begins on court. Use of the tennis court by one person (for example, to practice serves) is not permitted. We have only one court, so as a courtesy to all, if you do not plan to use your reserved court time, please cancel promptly, preferably a minimum of three hours in advance, thereby, giving others a chance to use the time. You may cancel by calling the Front Desk at 202-363-5600.
Attire. Shirts, shorts or skirts or warm-up suits and regulation tennis shoes are required. No athletic shirts or halter-tops are permitted. And please, no basketball shoes.
