Valet Services – Packages, Dry Cleaning & Deliveries
The East and West Building Valet Shops are the delivery and pickup points for larger items arriving by mail or parcel delivery service and are located adjacent to the loading docks in each building. Residents accepting these deliveries are required to sign and enter the date of receipt in the log books. The Association is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, any items in the receiving rooms or held for pickup by residents. Remember, always include your complete addresses for all packages or overnight deliveries – Unit #, Building, and Phone Number (if possible) as the Valets receive a large number of packages.
Valet Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

West Valet (202) 537-4897 (3rd Floor West Loading Dock, across from Laundry Room)
Resident Deliveries: With the exception of hand luggage, packages, and other easily transported items, the property of residents must be taken into or out of the buildings only through the loading dock entrances and moved only in the freight elevators. If the freight elevator is not available, residents may use the back elevator in the main hallway.
Appliance, Furniture and Large Merchandise Deliveries: Commercial deliveries of merchandise, such as furniture or appliances, or regularly-scheduled deliveries such as oxygen or bottled water may only be made through the loading dock doors and through the freight elevators located on B-1 East and 3rd floor West. The loading docks and access doors will be open between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Saturday, excluding holidays. Anyone who wishes to use the freight elevators for receiving deliveries or removing bulky objects must make arrangements through the Management Office.
